These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the brtpkr platform, including all betting, gaming, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on brtpkr.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident or citizen eligible to use the brtpkr platform under applicable law. Age is verified via CNIC during registration. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance returned.
Each individual may hold only one active brtpkr account. Duplicate accounts are identified via CNIC and mobile number matching. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
brtpkr operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
All bonuses offered by brtpkr are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering conditions, or claimed more than once per promotion period unless explicitly permitted.
brtpkr prohibits any form of cheating, collusion, arbitrage abuse, or use of automated betting tools. Accounts identified as engaging in irregular betting patterns that exploit system errors or promotional conditions in bad faith will be suspended pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your brtpkr login credentials. brtpkr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to maintain credential security or shared login details with a third party.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using the brtpkr platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use brtpkr. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and brtpkr.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between brtpkr and each User. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the brtpkr Privacy Policy and the brtpkr Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and brtpkr.
2.3 brtpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by doing so, you agree to these Terms on their behalf.
Age Restriction: brtpkr is strictly an adult platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on brtpkr. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through CNIC verification during registration.
3.1 To be eligible to use the brtpkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

3.3 Where brtpkr reasonably suspects that a User has provided false or misleading information regarding their eligibility, brtpkr may suspend the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority where required to do so.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the brtpkr Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified — whether through shared CNIC, shared device, shared IP address, shared payment method, or other matching criteria — brtpkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending bonus balances.
4.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your registered Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. brtpkr will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised transaction resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
4.4 You must notify brtpkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. brtpkr may take such action as it deems appropriate to secure an account following receipt of such a notification, including temporary suspension and a mandatory password reset.
4.5 brtpkr implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP as a security layer available to all account holders. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on your account. brtpkr cannot be held liable for losses arising on accounts where 2FA was not enabled and the account was subsequently accessed without authorisation.
4.6 Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the brtpkr Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). brtpkr does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions) may apply their own transaction charges, for which brtpkr accepts no liability.
5.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. brtpkr reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are reflected in the User's brtpkr account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment processor. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time to reflect depending on interbank processing schedules.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on a same-day basis during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing windows will be actioned on the next available processing cycle. brtpkr reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that meet internal risk thresholds before processing.
5.5 Withdrawals will, wherever technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used to fund the account. Where this is not technically possible, brtpkr will contact the User to agree an alternative method.
5.6 brtpkr reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum limits on individual deposits and withdrawals, and may modify these limits at any time. Current limits are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of transaction.
5.7 brtpkr reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of significant value in compliance with its obligations under the applicable international gaming licence framework. Users may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation in such circumstances.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the brtpkr Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant games. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Sports Betting. Bets accepted on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the User's responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and market — before confirming placement. brtpkr will not reverse a correctly placed bet on the basis that the User made a selection in error.
6.3 brtpkr reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds or market pricing; (b) the event to which the bet relates is subsequently found to have been corrupted by match-fixing or other integrity violation; (c) the event was cancelled, abandoned, or did not meet the minimum conditions required for settlement under the applicable product rules.
6.4 Live Casino. All live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, which are displayed on-screen during play. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, the outcome of any round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined based on the server-side game state recorded at that moment.
6.5 Random Number Generator (RNG) Games. All digital slot and instant game outcomes are determined by independently audited RNG systems. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game information panel. brtpkr does not manipulate RNG outcomes and cannot intervene in the outcome of any RNG-determined game round once it has commenced.
6.6 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting and gaming products. Current limits are displayed within each respective product interface.
7.1 brtpkr may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds conditions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to winnings derived from bonus funds.
7.2 Where a conflict exists between the general Terms contained in this document and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
7.3 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw a Bonus Balance prior to satisfying wagering conditions will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.4 brtpkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a User has already commenced satisfying the applicable wagering requirements in good faith, brtpkr will honour any bonus funds already credited to the User's account on a case-by-case basis.
7.5 Abuse of promotional offers — including, without limitation, registering multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, placing offsetting bets across accounts to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the brtpkr Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 brtpkr actively monitors Platform activity for patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct listed above. Where such patterns are identified, brtpkr may take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of funds, and referral to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authority.
9.1 brtpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or at the User's own request.
9.2 Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, brtpkr reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus Balance funds. Real Money Balance funds will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following completion of any pending investigation, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
9.3 Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting brtpkr support via the live chat facility. Account closure requests for responsible gaming purposes will be acted upon immediately. Refer to the Responsible Gaming page for details on self-exclusion options.
9.4 brtpkr will not re-activate an account that has been closed under a self-exclusion order during the exclusion period, regardless of the User's subsequent request to do so.
10.1 All content on the brtpkr Platform — including but not limited to the brtpkr brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of brtpkr or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of brtpkr intellectual property — including, without limitation, copying the Platform design, using the brtpkr name or logo without authorisation, or systematically extracting data from the Platform — will constitute an infringement of brtpkr's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, brtpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from: interruption or unavailability of the Platform; errors in odds or pricing that are promptly corrected upon discovery; third-party payment processing delays; or any decision made by a User in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
11.2 brtpkr's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit brtpkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.4 The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. brtpkr makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, and shall not be liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
12.1 brtpkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 brtpkr will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

14.3 The current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at brtpkr.com/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version took effect. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
14.4 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming regulatory framework under which brtpkr holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a User and brtpkr, the following process shall apply:
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
